Orthogonal cable and endless cable connecting joint and tensioning method thereof
The invention provides an orthogonal cable and endless cable connecting node and a tensioning method thereof.The orthogonal cable and endless cable connecting node comprises a cable clamp, a plurality of connecting assemblies, a plurality of continuous endless cables and at least two orthogonal cables arranged at a preset angle, one end of each orthogonal cable is connected to the cable clamp, and each connecting assembly comprises a cover plate and a fastener; a plurality of connecting holes are correspondingly formed in the cover plate and the cable clamp, the fastener penetrates through the corresponding connecting holes in the cover plate and the cable clamp so that the cover plate can be buckled on the cable clamp and define a through hole for the continuous ring cable to penetrate through, and an acute angle is formed between the continuous ring cable and the orthogonal cable. When the fastener is screwed to the first screwing depth, the orthogonal cable is tensioned, the cable clamp and the continuous ring cable are allowed to move relatively, the risk that the cable clamp has sliding failure due to tangential component force along an inner ring when the orthogonal cable is tensioned is avoided, and after tensioning is completed, the fastener is screwed to the second screwing depth, so that the orthogonal cable is tensioned. Therefore, the continuous ring cable and the cable clamp are relatively fixed.
