The invention discloses a pavement structure and a sidewalk footpath structure. The paving structure is paved between a roadbed and a brick surface layer and used for enabling the roadbed and the brick surface layer to form installation, and the paving surface of the paving structure comprises a mortar paving area formed by solidifying cement mortar and a sand paving area formed by sand aggregate. According to the pavement structure and the sidewalk structure, the pavement surface of the pavement structure comprises the mortar pavement area formed by curing the cement mortar, namely, the mortar pavement area is partially adopted, so that the firmness and the stability of the pavement structure are improved, and the defect of sand loss caused by rain wash is avoided; and the problem of unevenness caused by rain wash is fundamentally eliminated.
