The invention discloses a connecting rod self-locking manhole structure which comprises a manhole cylinder body, a cover body and a connecting rod structure, the connecting rod structure comprises a telescopic driving mechanism, and the telescopic driving mechanism comprises a machine body and a telescopic rod; a connecting plate is arranged on the cover body, a hinge plate is arranged on the manhole cylinder, one end of the connecting plate is hinged to the hinge plate, an adjusting piece is hinged to the telescopic rod, one end of the connecting piece is hinged to the connecting plate, and the other end of the connecting piece is hinged to the hinge plate. During use, through movement of the telescopic driving mechanism, the telescopic driving mechanism mainly reciprocates through the telescopic rod, the adjusting piece is driven to move through movement of the telescopic rod, meanwhile, the adjusting piece is hinged to the connecting plate and the hinge plate, the whole cover body can be driven to move, and therefore the cover body can be opened from the side face; by means of the unique position and size design of the connecting rod, after the cover body is closed, pressure from the interior of the tank can be borne only through the connecting rod mechanism, and a flange fastening structure (such as a bolt) or power does not need to be additionally arranged.
