Method for reinforcing and repairing maritime work structure by adopting basalt fibers
The invention discloses a method for reinforcing and repairing a maritime work structure through basalt fibers. The method comprises the steps that a crack part is detected, and the crack development condition is summarized; determining a reinforcing and repairing type; selecting and combining basalt fiber materials; and designing the specification and dosage of the basalt fiber. Targeted machining and repairing are adopted for strengthening beams, plates and columns of the maritime work structure and repairing cracks on the surface of the maritime work structure. According to the method, the basalt fibers are high in yield and low in price, and the engineering economy can be greatly reduced; and production is free of pollution, and the material is an excellent environment-friendly new material in a new century and a new era. The basalt fiber reinforced material in the method can improve the strength and durability of the original structure. After the method is used for reinforcing and repairing beam, plate and column structures in the maritime work field, rerepairing is not needed, and the maintenance cost is saved.
