Structure for reinforcing and repairing wharf pile foundation by comprehensively adopting basalt fibers and construction method
The invention discloses a structure for reinforcing and repairing a wharf pile foundation by comprehensively adopting basalt fibers and a construction method.The structure comprises basalt fiber longitudinal ribs, basalt fiber sleeves, sealing rubber strips and a grouting material layer, the basalt fiber longitudinal ribs are implanted into the bottom of a damaged beam, and the free ends of the basalt fiber sleeves and the free ends of the basalt fiber longitudinal ribs are both arranged on the outer side of the pile foundation; the sealing rubber strips are arranged at the bottoms of the pile foundation and the basalt fiber sleeve, and a cement-based grouting material layer is poured between the pile foundation and the basalt fiber sleeve. The construction method comprises the following steps: carrying out surface treatment on the damaged beam bottom; roughening the surface of the pile foundation; basalt fiber composite bars are constructed; mounting a basalt fiber sleeve and a sealing rubber strip; and pouring a cement-based grouting material. Reinforcing and repairing are completed by selecting the basalt fiber longitudinal ribs and the basalt fiber sleeves, and the method is not only suitable for wharf pile foundations, but also effective for hydraulic structure pile foundations; after the wharf pile foundation is reinforced and repaired through the method, re-repairing is not needed, and the pile foundation maintenance cost is saved.
