Method for reserving construction joint of basement bottom plate by adopting skip bay method
The invention discloses a construction joint retention method for construction of a basement bottom plate by a skip method, which comprises the following steps of: 1, mounting a steel wire mesh and a PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) sleeve at the construction joint of a pre-poured bottom plate, filling a waterproof material into the PVC sleeve, and sealing; secondly, concrete pouring work of a pre-poured bottom plate is conducted; 3, before binding construction of the reinforcing steel bars of the adjacent post-poured bottom plates, chiseling construction joints, cutting off exposed redundant PVC sleeves, and inserting tie bars into the PVC sleeves; fourthly, after the construction joints are cleaned, the whole surfaces of the construction joints are coated with flexible waterproof materials with the thickness being 2 mm; and fifthly, adjacent post-poured bottom plate steel bar binding and concrete pouring work is carried out. According to the invention, the telescopic lacing wires are adopted, so that the plates are allowed to deform to a certain extent; the plates are connected through flexible waterproof materials, so that the waterproof effect is ensured, and meanwhile, a small amount of deformation is allowed between the plates, and cracking is avoided.
