Method for reserving construction joints of large-volume ultra-long concrete bottom plate by means of skip bay method
The invention relates to a method for reserving a construction joint of a large-volume ultra-long concrete bottom plate by a warehouse-jumping method. Comprising the following steps: 1, constructing a joint retention part; 2, water stop steel plates are installed, specifically, the edges of the first-poured concrete plates are shaped; a non-dismantling fast and easy-to-close net template is adopted; the fast-easy closing-up net is fixed by welding a framework with steel bars with the diameter of 14, and the fast-easy closing-up net and the framework are firmly bound through iron wires; the fast-easy closing-up net is transversely arranged along the bottom plate reinforcing steel bars and must be perpendicular to a raft plate and a to-be-poured concrete surface to form an angle of 90 degrees; ribs of the fast-easy closing-up net must be rushed to a concrete surface to be poured; post-pouring a concrete plate; it is guaranteed that the difference between the center temperature and the surface temperature of the concrete is not larger than 25 DEG C and the difference between the surface temperature and the atmospheric temperature is not larger than 20 DEG C through curing. The method is simple in process, the concrete contact area is increased through the step shape, the integrality of the basement bottom plate and the construction joint quality can be better guaranteed, the water seepage path is increased through the step shape, and the hidden danger of leakage is greatly reduced through assistance of the water stop steel plate.
本发明是一种大体积超长混凝土底板跳仓法施工缝留置方法;包括步骤1、施工缝留置部位;步骤2、安装止水钢板:先浇混凝土板块边缘定形;采用免拆快易收口网模板;快易收口网采用直径14的钢筋焊接骨架固定,快易收口网与骨架之间采用铁丝绑扎牢靠;快易收口网沿底板钢筋横向布置,必须垂直于筏板、垂直于待浇筑混凝土面,形成90度角;快易收口网肋骨必须冲向待浇筑混凝土面;后浇混凝土板块;养护保证混凝土中心温度与表面温度差值不大于25℃,表面温度与大气温度的差值不大于20℃。本方法工艺简单,阶梯形增大了混凝土的接触面积能够更好的保证地下室底板的整体性及施工缝质量,阶梯形增大了渗水路径,辅以止水钢板,大大减少了渗漏隐患。
