Self-adaptive deformation acrylic building and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a self-adaptive deformation acrylic building and a construction method thereof. The building comprises a mounting foundation arranged on the ground; the mounting base is fixedly arranged on the mounting foundation; the building main body comprises an acrylic inner wall plate, an acrylic outer wall plate and an acrylic top plate which are integrally formed, and the roots of the acrylic inner wall plate and the acrylic outer wall plate are inserted into the corresponding mounting bases; the pair of side push rods are in threaded connection with the mounting base, and the pair of side push rods can clamp the corresponding acrylic inner wall plate and the acrylic outer wall plate by adjusting the positions of the side push rods; and the first flexible plates are cushioned between the side push rods and the corresponding acrylic inner wall plates and the acrylic outer wall plates. The waterproof material has the advantages of high light transmittance, uniform light transmission and no splicing seam, so that the waterproof problem at the splicing seam of the building is solved. And the arranged first flexible plate has certain elastic deformation capacity and can adapt to deformation of the acrylic building, and structural safety and structural stability of the building are ensured.
本发明涉及一种自适应变形的亚克力建筑及其施工方法,该建筑包括:设于地面上的安装基础;固设于安装基础上的安装底座;建筑主体,包括一体成型的亚克力内墙板、亚克力外墙板以及亚克力顶板,亚克力内墙板及亚克力外墙板的根部插置于对应的安装底座内;螺纹连接在安装底座上的一对侧部推杆,所通过调节侧部推杆的位置可使得一对侧部推杆夹紧对应的亚克力内墙板及亚克力外墙板;垫设在侧部推杆和对应的亚克力内墙板及亚克力外墙板之间的第一柔性板。本发明具有高透光率,且透光均匀,没有拼接缝,从而解决了建筑拼缝处的防水难题。设置的第一柔性板具有一定的弹性变形能力,能够自适应亚克力建筑的变形,确保建筑的结构安全及结构稳定性。
