The fixing device comprises a fixing column; in the whole process, only the pressing plate needs to be pushed and pulled and the extension rod needs to be pressed down, compared with the prior art that a tool needs to be additionally found to fix the geogrid, the device is more convenient, time-saving and labor-saving, and the overall working efficiency is greatly improved.
