Plane grid prestressed sheet and reinforcing method
The plane grid prestress piece comprises two high-strength steel cables, first anchor heads are arranged at the two ends of each high-strength steel cable, a plurality of supporting rods are connected between every two adjacent high-strength steel cables at intervals, and pull rods are symmetrically arranged on the outer sides of every two adjacent high-strength steel cables; the pull rods are arranged between every two adjacent supporting rods, one ends of the pull rods are connected with the high-strength steel cables, and the other ends of the pull rods are connected with the second anchor heads. A high-strength steel strand grid (prestress piece) is formed under connection of the high-strength steel cables, the supporting rods, the pull rods and the anchor heads, the multiple anchoring points connected with the anchor heads are arranged, the anchoring points can distribute pre-stress force to the multiple anchoring points when prestress is applied, and compared with traditional prestress, the stress of the anchoring points can be effectively reduced, and the anchoring effect is improved. The design and construction difficulty of anchoring points is greatly reduced, stress is dispersed, and the safety and reliability of the prestress in the using stage can be improved.
本发明提供一种平面网格预应力片及加固方法,包括:高强钢索,所述高强钢索设置为两根,所述高强钢索两端设置第一锚头,相邻两根高强钢索之间间隔连接若干撑杆,在相邻两根高强钢索外侧对称设有拉杆,所述拉杆设置于相邻两根撑杆之间,所述拉杆一端连接高强钢索,所述拉杆另一端连接第二锚头。本发明采用高强钢索、撑杆、拉杆、锚头的连接下形成了一种高强钢绞线网格(预应力片),且具有多个与锚头连接的锚固点,在施加预应力时锚固点会将预加力分配到多个锚固点,与传统预应力相对,可有效减小锚固点受力,大幅降低锚固点的设计施工难度,且受力分散,可增加预应力使用阶段的安全可靠性。
