The invention discloses micro-aggregate micro-expansive cement mortar and a manufacturing method, and relates to the field of construction, the cement mortar comprises cement, stone powder, cellulose, a water reducing agent, a defoaming agent, sodium gluconate, an expanding agent and water, and the ratio of the cement to the stone powder to the cellulose to the water reducing agent to the defoaming agent to the sodium gluconate to the expanding agent to the water in parts by weight is 2500: 2500: 2: 15: 5: 1: 2: 1220; the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: S1, uniformly mixing 5000 parts of cement and 5000 parts of stone powder to form a mixture 1; s2, uniformly mixing 4 parts of cellulose, 30 parts of a water reducing agent, 10 parts of a defoaming agent, 2 parts of sodium gluconate and 4 parts of an expanding agent to form a mixture 2; s3, introducing the mixture 2 into 2440 parts of water, uniformly stirring, and slowly adding the mixture 1 at a constant speed; and S4, continuously stirring for 6 minutes. The manufactured mortar is uniform in texture, high in strength and free of cavities, does not shrink or crack in the using process, optimizes material components, and greatly improves the performance, quality and manufacturing cost of the cement mortar.
