The concrete is prepared by mixing the following components in parts by weight: 0.01 to 0.03 part of amphoteric graphite phase carbon nitride, 0.04 to 0.08 part of desulfurized gypsum, 0.05 to 0.1 part of coal gangue powder, 0.1 to 0.2 part of steel slag powder, 0.001 to 0.005 part of a plastic expanding agent, 0.001 to 0.005 part of a defoaming agent, 0.001 to 0.002 part of a powdery polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, 0.001 to 0.003 part of a mineral activity exciting agent, 0.001 to 0.005 part of perlite, 0.5 to 0.7 part of ordinary portland cement, 2 to 4 parts of building sand and 0.4 part of water. Except for the water and the building sand, the total amount of the other components is 1 part. The efficient photocatalytic performance of the amphoteric graphite phase carbon nitride under visible light is utilized to effectively degrade the harmful component nitrogen oxide in the air, and a positive effect on environment purification is achieved; the micro-expansion performance generated by the expansion component can reduce mortar shrinkage cracks, the durability and attractiveness of the material are improved, meanwhile, a large amount of industrial solid waste such as desulfurized gypsum, coal gangue and steel slag is used, resource recycling is facilitated, and environmental pollution is reduced.
