The mortar comprises the following components in parts by mass: 650-670 parts of cement; 355 to 365 parts of limestone powder; 277 to 285 parts of water; 859 to 877 parts of sand; 53 to 53.8 parts of an expanding agent; 3.56 to 3.64 parts of a water reducing agent; 0.29 to 0.31 part of a foaming agent; 1.78 to 1.82 parts of a defoaming agent; 39 to 40 parts of polymer emulsion; 9.43 to 9.63 parts of rubber particles; and 1.42 to 1.46 parts of emulsified asphalt. The mortar material has the advantages of high fluidity, high early strength, no shrinkage or slight expansion in the hardening process, high toughness, crack resistance and the like, and the preparation method is simple and low in cost.
