The invention relates to the field of foundation pit construction, in particular to a foundation pit supporting construction scheme and a pre-stressed anchor cable construction scheme thereof, which comprises the following steps: drilling: forming a blind hole in a stable rock, and forming a through hole communicated with the blind hole in a sliding body of a foundation pit; an anchor cable is arranged, specifically, one end of the anchor cable penetrates through the through hole and is arranged in the blind hole; primary grouting is conducted, specifically, grouting is conducted on the through holes of the slip mass and the blind holes of the stable rock stratum; secondary grouting is conducted, specifically, after the slurry obtained after primary grouting is initially set, grouting is conducted on the through hole of the slip mass and the blind hole of the stable rock stratum again; and tensioning and locking are conducted, specifically, the anchor cables are tensioned and fixed, so that the sliding body and the stable rock stratum are relatively fixed. After drilling, primary manufacturing, anchor cable arrangement, primary grouting, secondary grouting, tensioning and locking are conducted, a sliding body and a stable rock stratum are connected through anchor cables, a slope and the stable rock stratum form a whole, the strength of the slope of a foundation pit is enhanced, and therefore the possibility of collapse is reduced.
