Light assembly type stair and installation method
The invention discloses a light fabricated stair and a mounting method, and belongs to the technical field of fabricated buildings. The weight of the stair is half of that of a PC stair, the stair can be constructed and hoisted through a small-tonnage tower crane, the stair framework is simple in design structure, easy to manufacture and good in mechanical property, the overall performance of the stair is improved, seismic resistance is facilitated, and the cement pouring or the PC stair is a part with low seismic resistance in a whole building. Connection nodes of the steel ladder beams are designed according to the principle of sliding connection nodes, so that the staircase does not participate in bearing of horizontal loads, safety of the staircase is improved, a welded steel framework is arranged in a staircase section plate, and studs are evenly welded to the inner side of the framework in a plum blossom shape, so that bonding of the steel framework and high-strength slurry is guaranteed (as shown in the schematic diagram of the steel framework). The framework is filled with core materials, the cross section size of the framework is designed according to different spans of ladder sections, novel high-strength slurry is used for pouring upper and lower panels, and a layer of steel wire mesh is arranged inside.
本发明公开了一种轻型装配式楼梯及安装方法,属于装配式建筑技术领域。楼梯重量为PC楼梯的一半,小吨位塔吊即可施工吊装,楼梯骨架设计结构简单,易制作,有较好的力学性能,进而提高楼梯的整体性能,有利于抗震,而水泥浇筑或pc楼梯,是整个建筑物中抗震能力量低的部位。与钢梯梁的连接节点按滑动连接节点的原理设计,使楼梯不参与承担水平荷载作用,增加楼梯的安全性梯段板内设焊接钢骨架,骨架内侧梅花状均匀焊接栓钉,以保证钢骨架与高强浆料的粘结(见钢骨架示意图)。骨架间填充芯材,骨架截面大小根据梯段跨度不同设计,上下面板浇筑使用一种新型高强度浆料,内布一层钢丝网。
