Assembly type stair auxiliary installation device and installation method
The invention belongs to the field of fair-faced concrete buildings, and relates to a fair-faced concrete slab, an application method and a building. The device can assist in mounting the stair plates, improve the mounting precision and efficiency and reduce the occupied time of the tower crane. The technical scheme comprises a supporting frame, a second sliding groove, a first hydraulic oil cylinder, a cross beam and a fine adjustment assembly. The supporting frame comprises a base and a bearing platform, first sliding grooves are formed in the base, and the bearing platform is movably inserted into the two first sliding grooves and kept horizontal. The four lifting columns are vertically fixed to the base and arranged in two rows. A second sliding groove is hinged to the upper end of each column of lifting columns. And a first hydraulic oil cylinder is fixed in each second sliding groove. Two cross beams are arranged between the two second sliding grooves, and the two ends of the cross beams are fixedly connected with the piston ends of the two first hydraulic oil cylinders. A fine adjustment assembly is further arranged between the top end of each lifting column and the corresponding second sliding groove, and the fine adjustment assemblies are configured to control fine adjustment of the positions of the second sliding grooves in the plane where the second sliding grooves are located.
