The method comprises the following steps that construction preparation is conducted; paying off and positioning; mounting an embedded part; mounting a stand column; inclined struts are installed, and stairs are installed; installing a steel beam; and removing the inclined strut. The method has the functions that the stability of the steel stair in the installation process is guaranteed in the installation process of the inclined struts, the vertical rods and the embedded plates can be fixed after alignment construction of the center lines of the upper columns and the lower columns of the vertical rods is completed when the vertical columns and the steel beams are welded and installed, the time for adjusting the vertical rods in the construction process is greatly shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved. In addition, the components can be manufactured in factories and installed on site, so that the construction period is greatly shortened, the diagonal bracing components are designed for enhancing the stability of the steel stair stand column, and potential safety hazards and convenience in installation are reduced.
