Electric heating curing method for embedded concrete wall
The invention discloses an electric heating curing method for a pre-embedded concrete wall body, which is characterized in that linear and flexible electric heaters are bound and fixed on reinforcing steel bars after the reinforcing steel bars are bound and before templates are spliced for the wall body constructed by adopting templates and poured by concrete, and the electric heaters are distributed in a zigzag shape along the wall body; the plane where the electric heater is distributed is close to the surface of the wall, the two ends of the electric heater extend upwards and are electrically connected with the automatic temperature control equipment, after concrete pouring is completed and vibration is sufficient, if the environment temperature is too low, the automatic temperature control equipment controls the electric heater to start electric heating, and when concrete curing is conducted, the automatic temperature control equipment stops working. The automatic temperature control equipment controls the electric heater to perform electric heating according to the feedback temperature of the temperature sensor, so that the feedback temperature is maintained in a temperature control interval suitable for maintenance; the temperature sensor is pre-buried in a wall body in advance or is attached to the surface of the wall body after concrete is finally set. The device is safe to operate, high in efficiency, less in manpower, uniform in heating and capable of promoting strength development of the concrete under the low-temperature condition.
本发明公开了一种预埋式混凝土墙体电热养护方法,对于采用模板施工、混凝土浇筑的墙体,在钢筋绑扎后、模板拼接前,将线状且柔性的电发热器绑扎固定在钢筋上,电发热器顺着墙体走向呈“之”字形分布,电发热器所分布的平面靠近墙体表面,电发热器的两端向上伸出并与自动控温设备电连接,在混凝土浇筑完毕且振捣充分后,若环境温度过低,则自动控温设备即控制电加热器开始电加热,在混凝土养护时,自动控温设备根据温度感应器的反馈温度控制电加热器进行电加热,使反馈温度维持在适合养护的温控区间内;温度感应器提前预埋在墙体内或者混凝土终凝后贴放在墙体表面。本发明操作安全、效率高、少人工,加热均匀,能促进混凝土低温条件下的强度发展。
