The invention relates to a construction machine and an information processing device, and provides a technology capable of improving the safety of the construction machine. A shovel (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention urges an operator to perform safety confirmation around the shovel (100) at intervals of a predetermined time or less. Furthermore, a management device (200) according to another embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a communication device (220) that receives, from a shovel (100), image information of an imaging device (40) that images the state around the shovel (100) or image information of at least one of the side and rear of the shovel (100) generated on the basis of the output of the imaging device (40); and a display device (230A) that displays image information indicating the state of at least one of the side and the rear of the shovel (100) on the basis of the image information received by the communication device (220), and urges a user to confirm the image information displayed on the display device (230A) at intervals of a predetermined time or less.
