The invention provides a curved surface grinding wagon with a double-shaft bogie, relates to the technical field of rail grinding, mainly aims at solving the problems that an existing curved surface grinding wagon is lack of a bogie and low in running speed, and provides a curved surface grinding wagon structure which is provided with a bogie and can run at a high speed. The curved surface grinding wagon with the double-shaft bogie comprises the bogie and a wagon body, the bogie is the double-shaft bogie, the two ends of the wagon body are each provided with a cab, and any cab can be connected with the wagon body through the bogie located below the wagon body; and at least one grinding trolley is further arranged below the trolley body, and any grinding trolley can move up and down relative to the trolley body so as to adjust the distance between the grinding trolley and the track. The grinding trolley located below the trolley body can make contact with the surface of a to-be-treated track according to needs and grind the track. And the vehicle body can obtain a relatively high interval running speed through the cab and the bogie, so that the actual machining requirement is met.
