Full-prefabricated assembly type concrete beam bridge structure system and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a full-prefabricated assembly type concrete beam bridge structure system and a construction method thereof. The structure system comprises a hidden cover beam and a prefabricated small box beam. The prefabricated small box beam comprises a small box beam conventional section and small box beam end solid sections; and the hidden cover beam is formed by splicing a plurality of hidden cover beam prefabricated sections arranged in the transverse bridge direction. Each hidden cover beam prefabricated section is meshed with the small box beam end solid sections on the two sides through a single-groove multi-tooth matched connection structure, prestressed steel beams for coupling connection between the sections are tensioned and anchored, and the prestressed steel beams for coupling connection between the sections are distributed in the hollow projection range of the prefabricated small box beam. Meanwhile, the hidden cover beam prefabricated sections and the small box beam end solid section on each sides are connected into a whole in a pouring mode through UHPC filling layers. Therefore, according to the concrete beam type bridge structure system, the main body components are all prefabricated parts, and application of the prefabricated assembly structure can be popularized with low cost.
本发明公开了一种全预制装配式混凝土梁式桥结构体系及其施工方法,结构体系包括隐盖梁以及预制小箱梁;预制小箱梁包括小箱梁常规段以及小箱梁端部实心段;隐盖梁通过若干沿着横桥向布置的隐盖梁预制节段拼接而成;每一隐盖梁预制节段,均与两侧的小箱梁端部实心段之间通过单槽多齿配合连接结构咬合,并张拉锚固有节段间耦合连接用预应力钢束,且节段间耦合连接用预应力钢束分布在预制小箱梁空心投影范围内,同时隐盖梁预制节段与每侧的小箱梁端部实心段之间均通过UHPC填充层浇筑连接成一体。由此可知,本发明所述的混凝土梁式桥结构体系,主体构件均为预制件,能够低成本地推广预制拼装结构的应用。
