The special-shaped guide combined hammer comprises a basic rammer and a guide rammer, the basic rammer is in a convex shape, the bottom of the basic rammer is a cylindrical hammer body, a vertically-extending hammer neck is integrally arranged in the middle of the top end of the hammer body of the basic rammer, and a plurality of vertically-through exhaust holes are formed in the portion, on the outer side of the hammer neck, of the hammer body of the basic rammer according to an annular array; the hammer neck is cylindrical, the axis of the hammer neck and the axis of the hammer body are collinear, the center position of the top of the hammer neck is in threaded connection with a mushroom head hoisting screw which is coaxially arranged with the hammer neck, and the bottom end of the mushroom head hoisting screw penetrates through the hammer neck and extends to a certain depth in the hammer body; the top end of the base rammer body is fixedly connected to the center of the bottom end of the base rammer body, the axis of the base rammer body is collinear with the axis of the rammer body, and the cross section size of the base rammer body is smaller than that of the rammer body and larger than that of the rammer neck. The displacement depth can be greatly increased, positioning is accurate, the situation that a construction hammer body absorbs and tilts is not likely to happen, and the purposes of quality improvement and efficiency improvement are achieved.
