The invention provides a grouting squeezing and expanding steel pipe concrete stand column pile and a construction method thereof. The grouting squeezing and expanding steel pipe concrete stand column pile comprises a steel pipe concrete pile section and a steel pipe concrete stand column section. The steel pipe concrete pile section is constructed by adopting drilling implantation and grouting squeezing and expanding processes, and a pile side area is formed outside the peripheral wall of the steel pipe concrete pile section; when the steel pipe is implanted into the drill hole, slurry is attached to the outside to replace the grouting pipe and used for grouting the pile side area. The steel pipe concrete pile section comprises a grouting squeezing and expanding device, and the grouting squeezing and expanding device is located at the bottom of the steel pipe concrete pile section.
