Grouting root fixing and expanding body steel pipe pile and construction method thereof
The invention provides a grouting root fixing and expanding body steel pipe pile which comprises a pile body, a steel pipe pile body and a steel pipe pile body, and the pile body is provided with a hollow inner cavity; the grouting connector is arranged at the top end of the pile body, and the grouting connector communicates with the hollow inner cavity of the pile body; the multiple grout outlet holes are evenly formed in the bottom of the pile body, and the multiple grout outlet holes communicate with the hollow inner cavity of the pile body; and the one-way non-return mechanism is arranged on the upstream of the multiple grout outlet holes, and the one-way non-return mechanism is opened only when grout moves from the upstream of the pile body to the downstream of the pile body, so that the grout flows out of the grout outlet. The upper expansion body concrete serves as a good channel for implanting the steel pipe, is combined with the steel pipe to form a steel pipe concrete structure and serves as a part of the pile body, the compression bearing capacity of the pile body is increased, the pile side stress area is enlarged, and the vertical bearing capacity and the horizontal bearing capacity of the steel pipe pile are greatly improved. Slurry is injected into the bottom end of the steel pipe pile, so that cement paste and cement soil solidified bodies formed by post-grouting at the pile bottom form grouting root solid bodies, and the problems of upward floating and deviation of the pile body are solved.
本发明提供一种注浆根固扩体钢管桩,钢管桩包括:桩体,桩体具有中空内腔;注浆接头,注浆接头设置在桩体的顶端,且注浆接头与桩体的中空内腔连通;出浆孔,在桩体的底部均匀设置有多个出浆孔,多个出浆孔连通桩体的中空内腔;单向逆止机构,单向逆止机构设置在多个出浆孔上游,单向逆止机构仅在浆液从桩体上游至下游移动时打开,使浆液从出浆口流出。上部扩体混凝土作为植入钢管的良好通道,又与钢管组合形成钢管混凝土结构,作为桩身的一部分,增加了桩身抗压承载力,且扩大了桩侧受力面积,大幅度提高钢管桩竖向和水平承载力。在钢管桩的底端注入浆液,使桩底后注浆形成的水泥浆、水泥土凝固体形成注浆根固体,解决了桩体上浮、偏移的问题。
