The embodiment of the invention discloses a driving system of an electric wheel loader. The driving system comprises a power control unit; the electric driving front axle is connected with the power control unit and comprises a driving front axle and a first motor which are directly connected; the electric driving rear axle is connected with the power control unit and comprises a driving rear axle and a second motor which are directly connected; and the oil pump motor is connected with the power control unit and is used for providing power for an oil cylinder, a brake system and an auxiliary pipeline of the loader. According to the driving system of the distributed wheel loader, the three motors including the front axle motor, the rear axle motor and the oil pump motor are achieved, the mode that the motors are directly connected with the axles is adopted on the electric driving rear axle and the electric driving front axle respectively, mechanical structure connection in transmission is not needed, and more reasonable space layout is achieved; the device can be widely applied to various small wheel loaders.
