Leachate tank floating cover membrane construction process
The invention discloses a construction process for a floating cover membrane of a leachate tank. The construction process comprises the following steps: S10, manufacturing modules for splicing an overwater operation platform; s20, splicing a plurality of modules into a row on one side of the leachate tank according to the width of the leachate tank to form a floating bridge; s30, laying and welding of a floating cover film at the current floating bridge position are completed on the floating bridge; s40, checking and accepting the laid and welded floating cover film, if the floating cover film is not qualified, rewelding or repairing the floating cover film until the floating cover film is qualified, and if the floating cover film is qualified, entering the next step; s50, using an artificial winch to pull the floating bridge on the opposite bank of the percolation tank until the floating cover film which is checked and accepted to be qualified is close to one side of the opposite bank, performing the steps S30 and S40 until the whole percolation tank is laid and welded and is checked and accepted to be qualified, and then entering the next step; and S60, the floating bridge is dismantled. Compared with a light steel structure method and a dry operation method, the construction occupied area is small, and a large number of traction equipment and sites are not needed.
本发明公开了渗滤液池浮盖膜施工工艺,包括如下步骤:S10、制作水上作业平台拼接用的模块;S20、在渗滤液池的一侧按照渗滤液池的宽度将多块模块拼接成一排形成浮桥;S30、在浮桥上完成当前浮桥位置处的进行浮盖膜的铺设和焊接;S40、对铺设和焊接后的浮盖膜进行验收,如验收不合格,对浮盖膜进行重焊或修补直到验收合格,如验收合格,进入下一步骤;S50、在渗滤池的对岸使用人工绞盘拉动浮桥至最后验收合格的浮盖膜靠近对岸的一侧,并进行步骤S30和S40,直至整个渗滤液池铺设和焊接完成并验收合格,然后进入下一步骤;S60、对浮桥进行拆除。本发明与轻钢结构法、干法作业法相比,施工占用面积小,无需大量的牵引设备和场地。
