The gasket is a semi-hollow cavity made of an elastic material, is mounted on the outer sides of the steel plate and the reinforced concrete barrel shells, and can expand after being filled with water in an environment with high internal water pressure, so that the reinforced concrete barrel shells on the two sides are tightly extruded; the cattle ears and the steel plate are of an integral structure and are used for hoisting and transporting the prefabricated lining; the construction method comprises the steps of key component manufacturing, assembling before pouring, reinforced concrete barrel shell pouring, gasket installing and grouting.
