Pre-tensioning prefabricated corrugated steel web lining concrete structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a pre-tensioning method prefabricated lining concrete structure of a corrugated steel web box girder bridge and a construction method of the pre-tensioning method prefabricated lining concrete structure. The structure comprises a corrugated steel web, a prestressed lining concrete plate and a shear connector, the prestressed lining concrete plate is prepared by adopting a pre-tensioning method and is arranged between the two layers of corrugated steel webs; the lining concrete plate is provided with prestressed tendons and joint reinforcing steel bars used for stretching into a pouring space, and shear connectors are arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion of the corrugated steel web and used for being connected with a box girder top plate and a box girder bottom plate. The lining concrete structure prefabricated through the pre-tensioning method is manufactured on a prefabrication site, only a small number of cast-in-place wet joints need to be hoisted and poured on site, the defects that the difficulty is large and the concrete pouring quality is poor during cast-in-place construction are overcome, and the lining concrete structure prefabricated through the pre-tensioning method has the advantages of being convenient and rapid to construct, high in efficiency, high in lining concrete pouring quality and large in rigidity.
本发明公开了一种波形钢腹板箱梁桥先张法预制内衬混凝土结构及其施工方法。该结构包括波形钢腹板、预应力内衬混凝土板和剪力连接件;所述预应力内衬混凝土板采用先张法制备,设置于两层波形钢腹板之间;内衬混凝土板设置预应力筋和用于伸入浇筑空间的接缝钢筋,波形钢腹板上下均设置剪力连接件用于与箱梁顶板和底板连接。本发明提供的先张法预制内衬混凝土结构在预制场进行制作,现场只需吊装并浇筑少量现浇湿接缝,避免了现浇施工时难度大,混凝土浇筑质量的差的缺点,具有施工方便快捷,效率高,且内衬混凝土浇筑质量高,刚度大的优点。
