The invention discloses an anti-clay sacrifice agent for inhibiting the interlayer adsorption performance of clay minerals and a preparation method of the anti-clay sacrifice agent, and aims to solve the technical problem that most of filtrate reducers in the prior art are poor in temperature resistance and salt resistance. The preparation comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-100 parts of unsaturated polyether monomer; 20 to 24 parts of unsaturated quaternary ammonium salt monomer; 3-7 parts of a main chain rigidity and flexibility modifier; 1 part of an oxidant; 1 part of a chain transfer agent; 1 part of a reducing agent; and 370 to 410 parts of deionized water. The anti-mud sacrifice agent provided by the invention has relatively strong capability of inhibiting the adsorption performance of clay minerals, and the synthesis cost of the anti-mud sacrifice agent is greatly reduced compared with that of the prior art, so that the anti-mud sacrifice agent can be widely popularized and applied in the fields of concrete manufacturing and machine-made sand manufacturing.
