The invention relates to a preparation method and an anti-clay performance evaluation method of a silane modified anti-clay water reducing agent, and belongs to the field of optimal design of concrete admixtures. The problem that the water reducing effect of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer in a clay-containing environment is affected due to poor clay resistance of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is solved, and the modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer is synthesized by adding the silane coupling agent, so that the working efficiency of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer in the clay-containing environment is improved. Considering from the molecular structure, a C = C double bond in a silane functional group can be subjected to addition polymerization reaction with an unsaturated compound, and the reaction requirement of the addition polymerization reaction is the same as that of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer synthesis process, so that the silane functional group has the possibility of being grafted on a main link of a common polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The synthesized modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer with the silane side chain can be chemically bonded with the surface of a clay inorganic substance, so that intercalation adsorption with clay is avoided, and the influence of the clay on the performance of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is remarkably reduced. The method can be used for optimizing the water reducing agent.
