Tower crane foundation structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the field of tower crane installation, in particular to a tower crane foundation structure and a construction method thereof.The tower crane foundation structure comprises four steel columns and steel supports used for connecting the steel columns, a bearing platform is arranged at the tops of the steel columns, each steel column corresponds to a cast-in-place concrete pile, the lower ends of the steel columns are arranged in the cast-in-place concrete piles, and the steel columns penetrate through basement rafts; and a water stop steel plate is arranged on the steel column and is embedded in the basement raft plate. The tower crane foundation structure can be located in a building main body structure, the steel frame is constructed through a reverse construction method, and main body structure construction is not affected; on-site connection points are few, and the reliability of the tower crane foundation can still be guaranteed after earth cutting; and the parts connected with the main body structure are steel structures and are convenient to disassemble, and the construction period is short.
本发明涉及塔吊安装领域,尤其是一种塔吊基础结构及其施工方法,包括四根钢柱以及用于钢柱之间连接的钢支撑,钢柱的顶部设置有承台,每根钢柱分别对应一个混凝土灌注桩,钢柱下端置于混凝土灌注桩内部,钢柱贯穿地库筏板,钢柱上设置有止水钢板,且止水钢板埋设于地库筏板内。本发明塔吊基础结构可位于建筑物主体结构内,采用逆作法施工钢架,不影响主体结构施工;现场连接点少,挖土后仍可保证塔吊基础可靠性;与主体结构连接部分均为钢结构,便于拆卸,施工工期短。
