According to the tower crane foundation structure, the tower crane foundation structure can be directly arranged on the top plate of the basement without considering whether a structure used for being matched with the tower crane foundation is arranged in advance in the structure in the basement or whether the construction requirement of the upper tower crane foundation is met or not, and the tower crane foundation structure only needs to correspond to a frame column of the basement.
