The invention relates to a hollow shear wall vertical reserved steel bar fixing device which comprises two parallel telescopic rods and a plurality of sliding assemblies sliding on the two telescopic rods, scale holes are evenly formed in the upper sides of the telescopic rods, and each sliding assembly comprises two cylinders, a connecting plate, a fastener and a fixing hole. The two cylinders are arranged at the two ends of the connecting plate and are parallel to the connecting plate, the two cylinders slide on the parallel telescopic rods respectively, the fixing holes are formed in the connecting plate and are matched with reserved steel bars, and the fasteners are arranged on the outer sides of the two cylinders. The construction method comprises the steps of determining a design model; modeling and simulating an experiment; field actual installation; and field acceptance. According to the fixing device, the position of the sliding assembly on the telescopic rod can be conveniently and accurately adjusted, the position of the embedded joint bar can be rapidly positioned, and the problems that the vertical steel bars of the latticed hollow shear wall are multiple in deviation and poor in effect can be effectively solved.
