Hydropower station bulkhead gate state detection device
A hydropower station bulkhead gate state detection device comprises a dam body and a bulkhead gate which are in sliding contact, a vertical signaling magnetic column is arranged on the side wall of one side of the bulkhead gate in the vertical direction, a plurality of microswitches are arranged at the position, right opposite to the signaling magnetic column, of the side wall of the dam body, and the microswitches are distributed from top to bottom. The magnetic force generated by the signaling magnetic column enables the micro switches to act so as to change the on-off state, and the state of the micro switches distributed from top to bottom can indicate the current position of the bulkhead gate. Through non-contact detection, the state of the bulkhead gate is effectively displayed, and whether the bulkhead gate is in an ascending state or a descending state and the synchronism of the two sides can be judged.
一种水电站平板闸门状态检测装置,包括滑动接触的坝体和平板闸门,平板闸门的一侧侧壁沿垂直方向设有竖直的发讯磁柱,坝体侧壁正对发讯磁柱处设有多个微动开关,微动开关从上至下分布,当平板闸门落下时,发讯磁柱产生的磁力使微动开关动作从而改变开关状态,从上至下分布的微动开关的状态可以表示平板闸门当前所在位置。通过无接触式的检测,有效地显示平板闸门的所处状态,还可以判断平板闸门是处于上升还是下降状态以及两侧的同步性。
