The invention discloses a hydropower station porous bulkhead gate which comprises a gate body, a lifting lug is arranged at the top of the gate body, an elastically telescopic grabbing beam positioning assembly is arranged at the position, located on the outer side of the lifting lug, of the top of the gate body, and a grabbing beam guide frame is arranged at the position, located on the outer side of the grabbing beam positioning assembly, of the top of the gate body. The side wall of the gate body is provided with a locking block which is connected with the grabbing beam positioning assembly in an inserted mode in the vertical direction. According to the water conservancy gate, through the arrangement of the structure of the grabbing beam guide frame and the locking block which are connected in an inserted mode, the grabbing beam guide frame and the locking block can be connected in an inserted mode, a limiting structure which restricts each other is formed, disassembly, assembly and replacement operation is convenient, and even conduction and dispersion treatment can be conducted on acting force borne by a certain structure; and on the other hand, the grabbing beam positioning assembly can achieve buffering, damping and positioning effects on collision impact force generated by the grabbing beam mechanism, it is guaranteed that the grabbing beam mechanism can accurately grab the gate body, and the accuracy of grabbing beam operation is improved.
