The invention provides an assembling method for a prefabricated cantilever of a corrugated steel web combined box girder. The corrugated steel web combined box girder prefabricated cantilever comprises a combined box, the combined box comprises a bottom plate, two corrugated side plates and two transverse strips, and the two transverse strips and the bottom plate are located on the upper sides and the lower sides of the two corrugated side plates correspondingly and fixedly connected with the two corrugated side plates through connecting assemblies. A plurality of vertically-arranged fixing strips are fixedly connected to the side walls of the opposite sides of the two corrugated side plates in an arrayed mode, a plurality of connecting plates are installed between the two transverse strips, and a plurality of cantilevers are installed on the side walls of the opposite sides of the two transverse strips in an arrayed mode. The cantilever comprises a top plate, a second inserting groove, a second fixing bolt, a vertical plate, an L-shaped plate, a stand column, a third fixing bolt, a fourth fixing bolt, a groove, a protruding block and a locking bolt, and the second inserting groove is formed in the side wall of the transverse strip.
