The invention relates to a construction method of a prefabricated steel diaphragm plate and corrugated steel web combined small box girder, which comprises the following specific steps of: designing a bridge, and determining parameters of each component; according to the design drawing, the corrugated steel web combined small box girder is prefabricated in a factory or a prefabrication site; the prefabricated corrugated steel web combined small box girder is transported and hoisted to a bridge abutment; the outer transverse steel partition plate assemblies of every two adjacent corrugated steel web combined small box girders in the transverse bridge direction are spliced through steel connecting assemblies and bolts. The concrete top plates of the two adjacent corrugated steel web combined small box girders in the transverse bridge direction are connected with each other through cast-in-place reinforced concrete wet joints; transverse splicing of each bridge span corrugated steel web combined small box girder is completed; the corrugated steel web combined small box girder is longitudinally spliced and assembled; and construction of other ancillary facilities of the bridge is completed. The combined small box girder transverse connection construction is convenient, the construction period is short, the construction quality is high, and the combined small box girder transverse connection construction method has obvious advantages in the aspects of the construction technology, later bridge maintenance and project cost reduction.
