The invention discloses a grouting sleeve with high pulling resistance and a manufacturing method thereof.The two ends of the outer wall of the grouting sleeve are provided with a grouting hole and a slurry discharging hole respectively, the two ends of the inner wall of the grouting sleeve are provided with a plurality of shear grooves at intervals in the axial direction respectively, and the grouting sleeve is fixedly connected with reinforcing steel bars inserted into the two ends of the grouting sleeve through mortar poured into the grouting sleeve; the inner walls of the reinforcing steel bar insertion openings in the two ends of the grouting sleeve are of a conical structure with the large inside and the small outside, namely, the shear grooves in the two ends of the grouting sleeve are tapered shear grooves, and meshing of mortar and the shear grooves is inclined through the tapered shear grooves. The structural form of the grouting sleeve is changed, so that the stress state of mortar is changed, the mortar is changed into a multidirectional stress state from a pure shear stress state, the mortar not only bears force in the horizontal direction, and the overall pulling resistance of the grouting sleeve and the steel bar connecting structure is improved through the mortar in the multidirectional stress state.
本发明公开了一种具有高抗拔力的灌浆套筒及其制作方法,所述灌浆套筒的外壁两端分别设置有灌浆孔和排浆孔,其内壁两端分别沿轴向间隔设置有多个剪力槽,所述灌浆套筒通过灌入其内的砂浆实现与插入其两端的钢筋固定连接;所述灌浆套筒两端的钢筋插入口处的内壁呈内大外小的锥形结构,即位于灌浆套筒两端的剪力槽为带锥度的剪力槽,通过带锥度的剪力槽使砂浆与剪力槽的咬合呈斜向。本发明通过改变灌浆套筒的结构形式,进而改变砂浆的受力状态,使砂浆从纯剪的应力状态变为多向应力状态,使砂浆不只承受水平方向的力,通过多向受力状态下的砂浆提高灌浆套筒和钢筋连接结构的整体抗拔力。
