Underwater open caisson positioning device and method
The invention discloses an underwater open caisson positioning device and method, and relates to the technical field of bridge underwater open caisson foundation construction, the device comprises a plurality of positioning mechanisms and a plurality of sets of jacks, the plurality of positioning mechanisms are used for being fixedly arranged at set positions on the periphery of a preset position at intervals so as to position the sinking position of an open caisson; the multiple sets of jacks correspond to the positioning mechanisms one to one, are used for being arranged on the outer side of the open caisson in the circumferential direction at intervals and can stretch to abut against the positioning mechanisms when the open caisson sinks so as to adjust the sinking posture of the open caisson. The underwater open caisson positioning method comprises the following steps that water is injected into an open caisson to enable the open caisson to sink into the inner side range of a plurality of positioning mechanisms; the deviation between the open caisson and a preset position is measured, and the extension length of each set of jacks is adjusted till the open caisson is accurately determined to be located above the preset position; continuously injecting water into the open caisson to enable the open caisson to sink to a preset position. The problems that in the prior art, open caisson positioning is complex and not high in precision, and a channel is occupied during construction can be solved.
本发明公开了一种水下沉井定位装置及方法,涉及桥梁水下沉井基础施工技术领域,该装置包括多个定位机构和多组千斤顶,多个定位机构用于间隔固定设置在预设位置外围的设定位置上,以定位沉井的下沉位置;多组千斤顶与上述定位机构一一对应,用于间隔设在上述沉井的周向外侧,并可在上述沉井下沉时伸长抵持在上述定位机构上,以调整上述沉井的下沉姿态。该水下沉井定位方法包括以下步骤:向沉井内注水使其下沉至多个定位机构的内侧范围内;测量沉井与预设位置的偏差,调整每组千斤顶的伸出长度直至沉井精确定位于预设位置上方;继续向沉井内注水使沉井下沉至预设位置。能够解决现有技术中沉井定位复杂且精度不高、施工时占用航道等问题。
