System and method for building pumped storage power station by utilizing built hydropower station
The invention provides a system and a method for building a pumped storage power station by utilizing a built hydropower station, comprising an upstream cascade power station reservoir extension part and a downstream cascade power station reservoir extension part which are used for reinforcing and increasing the height of a dam and expanding the reservoir capacity, and the upstream cascade power station reservoir water quantity and the downstream cascade power station reservoir water quantity are connected through a water conveying pipeline; the water pumping plant is used for controlling the water delivery pipeline to pump water and store energy; controlling starting and closing of the power plant and the water pumping plant according to the power grid instruction; on the aspect of a vertical space structure, built cascade hydroelectric power stations are utilized, the storage capacity of every two adjacent cascade hydroelectric power stations is increased by reinforcing and heightening dams, rebuilding of an upper reservoir and a lower reservoir of a pumped storage power station is effectively avoided, resources of the existing cascade hydroelectric power stations are fully utilized, and the power generation input cost is saved; due to the regulation effect of the pumped storage power station on the power grid, the capacity of the power grid for absorbing photovoltaic power, wind power and other green electric energy is greatly improved, and the system has an important positive effect on reducing carbon emission.
本发明提供一种利用已建水电站建设抽水蓄电站系统及方法,包括加固并增加大坝高度和扩大库容量的上游梯级电站水库扩建部和下游梯级电站水库扩建部,上游梯级电站水库水量和下游梯级电站水库水量通过输水管道进行连接,用于控制输水管道抽水蓄能的抽水厂房;根据电网指令控制发电厂房和抽水厂房的启动和关闭;通过在竖向空间结构方面,利用已建梯级水力发电站,通过对大坝的加固、加高,增加相邻两座梯级水电站的库容,有效的避免了抽水蓄能电站上库、下库的重新建设,充分利用现有的梯级水电站资源,节省发电投入成本;由于抽水蓄能电站对电网的调节作用,极大地提高了电网吸纳光伏、风电等绿色电能的能力,对减少碳排放具有重要的积极作用。
