The invention discloses a construction method for positioning a stressed steel beam on a steel frame bearing platform. The construction method comprises the following steps that pre-embedded anchor bars are positioned and installed on shear wall binding steel bars; after concrete is poured, the formwork is dismantled for maintenance; the embedded anchor bolts are positioned and rechecked, and mounting is carried out after holes are formed in the anchor plate; welding a positioning bracket; and hoisting the welded steel beam. The method that a high-altitude large-span supporting steel frame bearing steel platform is installed for erecting a formwork support is adopted, a floor type elevated formwork is converted into a common formwork, the bearing capacity of the structure is fully utilized, safe production is guaranteed, and economical efficiency and reasonability are achieved; and meanwhile, the method can improve the positioning precision of the main stress steel beam, the hoisting positioning speed of the steel beam is increased, and safe construction is also guaranteed.
