The invention discloses a deepwater large-diameter pile foundation mud recycling device which is characterized in that the device comprises a plurality of pile foundation protection cylinders (1) distributed in an array mode, every two adjacent pile foundation protection cylinders (1) are communicated with each other through a communicating pipeline (2), and meanwhile valves (3) are further arranged on the communicating pipelines (2). The device further comprises a silt separator (4), slurry curing equipment (5) and a slurry pump (6). Meanwhile, the invention further discloses a method for achieving pile foundation construction through the device.
