Sulfate-activated steel slag cementing material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a sulfate-activated steel slag cementing material and a preparation method thereof. The sulfate-activated steel slag cementing material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35-50 parts of steel slag, 35-45 parts of Portland cement, 10-15 parts of limestone powder, 4-5 parts of a sulfate activating agent and 0.02-0.1 part of a water reducing agent, according to the sulfate-activated steel slag cementing material provided by the invention, a solution of sodium sulfate in a composite cementing material system is alkaline, so that a proper alkaline environment is created for formation of ettringite, and meanwhile, the sodium sulfate can more thoroughly destroy a network structure of a vitreous body in the steel slag and can more completely decompose the vitreous body; active SiO4 < 4->, AlO < 4-> and the like dissociated from the steel slag generate hydrated calcium silicate, hydrated calcium aluminate and other products, and the hydrated calcium silicate, the hydrated calcium aluminate and other products are interwoven together to form a more compact network structure; in an alkaline environment, the hydration reaction of the cementing material is accelerated, and the hydration reaction time is shortened, so that the coagulation time is shortened.
本发明提供一种硫酸盐活化的钢渣胶凝材料及其制备方法,硫酸盐活化的钢渣胶凝材料的原料按重量份计包括:钢渣35~50份、硅酸盐水泥35~45份、石灰石粉10~15份、硫酸盐活化剂4~5份、减水剂0.02~0.1份;本发明提供的硫酸盐活化的钢渣胶凝材料,硫酸钠在复合胶凝材料体系中溶液呈碱性,为钙矾石的形成创造了合适的碱性环境,同时硫酸钠对钢渣中玻璃体的网络结构破坏的更彻底,分解地更完全;钢渣解离出的活性SiO44‑、AlO45‑等生成水化硅酸钙和水化铝酸钙等产物,交织一起形成更致密的网络结构;碱性环境下,该胶凝材料水化反应加快,减少了水化反应的时间,从而缩短了凝结时间。
