Sulfate-activated fly ash cementing material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a sulfate activated fly ash cementing material and a preparation method thereof. The material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 41.8-61.8 parts of fly ash and 21.8-30.8 parts of Portland cement. And 1-5 parts of a sulfate activator. According to the sulfate-activated fly ash cementing material, sodium sulfate serves as an activating agent, fly ash serves as a replacement material, the activity of fly ash can be improved through a physicochemical reaction caused in the sulfate activation process, meanwhile, improvement of the early strength of the cementing material is promoted, and comprehensive utilization of industrial fly ash is promoted; the cost of traditional concrete materials can be greatly reduced; compared with ordinary cement, the sulfate activated fly ash cementing material can reduce the accumulated hydration heat release by 40-50%, and has the characteristics of low heat release and good stability.
本发明公开本发明的一种硫酸盐活化的粉煤灰胶凝材料及其制备方法,该材料按重量份比包括如下组分:粉煤灰41.8~61.8份、硅酸盐水泥21.8~30.8份;硫酸盐活化剂1~5份。本发明所述的硫酸盐活化的粉煤灰胶凝材料,以硫酸钠为活化剂,采用粉煤灰作为置换材料,硫酸盐活化过程中引致的物化反应可以提高粉煤灰的活性,同时促进胶凝材料早期强度的提升,有利于促进工业粉煤灰的综合利用;可以极大降低传统混凝土材料成本;本发明的硫酸盐活化的粉煤灰胶凝材料与普通水泥相比,能够降低水化累计放热量40~50%,具有低放热,稳定性良好的特点。
