Arch shell rapid combination construction method for column-free station hall station
The invention discloses a rapid combination construction method for an arch shell of a non-column station hall station. The rapid combination construction method comprises the following steps that after a foundation pit is excavated, enclosure retaining walls, enclosure piles and construction piles are embedded; finishing a reinforced concrete structure of the pillow base; a station arch cover and short side wall permanent structure is formed; laying protection on the upper part of the arch shell; excavating from the road surface to the base; and protective laying of the base. The invention provides a new green design thought of'permanent and temporary integration 'for the subway station built by adopting the cover-excavation method, a temporary blanket structure system in the traditional cover-excavation method is combined with the arch shell top plate, the characteristics of good bending resistance, high rock stratum bearing capacity and the like of the arch shell structure are fully played while permanent and temporary integration is realized, and the construction cost is reduced. Upright post piles and side piles in a traditional cover excavation method are omitted, the cover excavation station hall is free of columns, large in space, wide in view and better in use function, and the method is clear in construction procedure, easy to operate and high in practicability under the rock stratum condition and has good social benefits and generalizability.
