The cooling and curing integrated device comprises a cooling water circulation system, a data acquisition system and a user terminal control system, the cooling water circulation system comprises a reservoir, a cooling water pipe, a pump machine, a flow valve I, a vertical pipe, a flow valve II and a high-speed rotary atomizing nozzle; the data acquisition system comprises a data acquisition instrument, a flow sensor, a temperature sensor and a stress sensor; the user terminal control system monitors and controls concrete in a staged and regional manner, and automatically controls opening, closing and working condition strength of the pump machine, the first flow valve, the second flow valve and the high-speed rotating atomizing nozzle by comparing amplitude changes of real-time monitoring values of the surface temperature, the internal temperature and the stress value of the concrete with self-set early warning threshold values.
