Large-volume concrete cooling method
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete curing, in particular to a mass concrete cooling method, which comprises the following steps of: deeply designing the arrangement of a cooling water pipe system according to an internal steel bar structure of concrete; the cooling water pipe system comprises a plurality of layers of cooling water pipe groups, and each layer of cooling water pipe group is arranged in a bow shape; the cooling water pipe group on the uppermost layer is connected with a nozzle; the cooling water pipe system is arranged between the structural steel bars and is bound and fixed with the structural steel bars; concrete pouring is conducted; refrigerating water is introduced into the cooling water pipe system; after initial setting of the concrete, a nozzle periodically performs spraying maintenance; after the concrete is finally set, discharging the refrigeration water, dismounting the nozzle, cutting off the part, exposed out of the concrete structure, of the cooling water pipe system, and grouting to seal the hole; cracks caused by internal and external temperature difference in the hardening process of the concrete structure are solved through the cooling water pipe sets arranged in a layered mode, conflicts between the cooling water pipes and structural steel bars are avoided, the construction quality is improved, and the rework rate is reduced.
本发明涉及混凝土养护技术领域,具体的说是一种大体积混凝土降温方法,步骤如下:根据混凝土内部钢筋结构进行深化设计冷却水管系统排布;冷却水管系统包括若干层冷却水管组,每层冷却水管组呈弓字型布置;最上层冷却水管组上连接有喷嘴;将冷却水管系统布置在结构钢筋之间并与结构钢筋绑扎固定;进行混凝土浇筑;将制冷水通入冷却水管系统中;在混凝土初凝后喷嘴周期性进行喷淋养护;混凝土终凝后,将制冷水排出,拆除喷嘴并将冷却水管系统露出混凝土结构部分切除,灌浆封孔即可;通过分层布置的冷却水管组解决了混凝土结构硬化过程中由于内外温差导致的裂缝,避免了冷却水管与结构钢筋发生冲突,提高了施工质量,降低返工率。
