The invention relates to a hollow pile frozen soil roadbed space dispersion type ventilation pipeline system and a construction method. The hollow pile frozen soil roadbed space dispersion type ventilation pipeline system comprises horizontal ventilation pipes which are transversely and longitudinally intersected and vertical hollow pipe piles which are intersected with the horizontal ventilation pipes, and air suction equipment and automatic temperature control air doors are arranged at the two ends of the horizontal ventilation pipes; stirring blades are arranged in the vertical hollow pipe pile and the prefabricated ventilation pipe joint; stone blocks are laid between the horizontal ventilation pipes, and insulation boards are laid on the horizontal ventilation pipes and the stone blocks. Cold air is actively introduced from the air inlet, drives the stirring blades to rotate through the transverse ventilation pipes, strengthens air exchange of the vertical thin-wall hollow piles, is discharged from the air outlet after circulation of an internal pipe network, and achieves planar cooling of a soil body on the lower portion of a roadbed. The problems of roadbed disasters caused by lower frozen soil melting, upper limit lowering, differential settlement, low roadbed ventilation efficiency, easy blockage and failure and the like of a frozen soil roadbed in a permafrost region are effectively solved, and the long-term stability of road engineering operation is ensured.
本发明涉及的一种空心桩冻土路基空间弥散式通风管道系统及施工方法,包括横纵相交的水平通风管,与水平通风管相交的竖向空心管桩,横向通风管两端设置有空气抽吸设备及自动温控风门;竖向空心管桩内部和预制通风管节内部设置搅拌叶片;水平通风管之间铺设块石,水平通风管与块石上部铺设保温板。本发明将冷空气由进风口主动引入,经过横向通风管带动搅拌叶片的转动,加强竖向薄壁空心桩空气交换,经过内部管网的循环后由出风口排出,实现对路基下部土体进行平面式降温,有效解决多年冻土区冻土路基由下部冻土融化、上限下降、不均匀沉降、路基通风效率低、容易受堵塞失效等引起路基灾害问题,确保道路工程运行的长期稳定性。
