The invention relates to a road panel splicing assembly and a temporary road system. The road panel splicing assembly comprises a pair of road panels and an expanded foundation, each road panel in the pair of road panels comprises a body, at least one first hollow structure is arranged in the body, the body is provided with a first panel splicing sub-device, a second panel splicing sub-device and at least one first protrusion, the expanded foundation is provided with at least one groove, and the second hollow structure is arranged in the groove. The at least one groove and the at least one first protrusion are correspondingly arranged and connected with each other, and the enlarged foundation is at least partially buried in the foundation base in the using process. In this way, the road panel splicing assembly and the system formed by splicing the road panel splicing assembly are high in overall linkage performance, uneven settlement of the ground can be avoided, and the settlement difference between every two adjacent road panels is effectively reduced. The structure is prepared, spliced and disassembled in a modularized mode, can be recycled and reused, facilitates post-construction reclamation of the shortcut, and is suitable for being applied to construction of ecological sensitive areas with high requirements for the environment.
