The emergency plugging drainage device comprises a first plugging plug (1), an upper baffle (4), a lower baffle (8), an inflatable air bag (9), a drainage pipe (10) and a water outlet pipe (11). The water outlet pipe is inserted into the outer wall outlet sleeve, the upper baffle and the lower baffle are sleeved on the water outlet pipe and embedded in the outer wall outlet sleeve, one end of the water outlet pipe forms a water inlet (2) and is plugged through a first plug, and the other end of the water outlet pipe forms a water outlet (7) and is connected with a drainage pipe.
